Im not in college. I said a college friend. As far as logic is concerned...Im a big believer in innocent until proven guilty. Until the D.A. can prove that Kobe is guilty, I will assume he is innocent. Nothing wrong with that.

She's lost a lot of credibility in this case with all the things that are surfacing about her. Just for the record, Im 23. January 18, 1980 to be exact.
The prosecution has no chance of winning this trial. The fact that Kobe admitted to having sex with her ruins the plan for the D.A. They were hoping that Kobe would deny this and would later slam him in the face with the evidence. The moment Kobe spoke, the prosecution knew they had no case. Only problem was that it was too late. Game on and Game over.

Well, for me, it wouldnt be about the money. If the girl is attractive, then I would hook up. If I find her ugly, then no amount of money would do the trick for me. I do like the joke though and will definitely tell some friends and family.
This is one of the dumbest things I have ever read on this board (and there has been a lot of dumb things) How can you can somne a ho without all the facts. She has more credibility than a man who cheats on his wife, regardless of how many people idolize him.
Because the girl was distraught and may have overdosed, that means she wanted to have sex and then lie about Kobe to the legal authorities, and screw up his life as well as hers? Rez, Because Kobe who at first made a claim that he shouldn't have to explain ANYTHING, and said, 'you guys know me' Even though none of them do. Then Kobe changed his tune once the DNA came back, and only then did Kobe come cry on TV and admit having sex. I'm not saying Kobe is guilty or innocent. He could be either. But I will say there is no info that's come out about the girl that proves the case in Kobe's favor either. In fact family, friends, neighbors, co-workers, who knew this girl say she's not the type to do that. One neighbor first heard the story and believed Kobe was innocent and that somebody was scamming him. Then when he found out who the accuser was, the neighbor was shocked but admitted that he had to believe the accuser because of how well he knew her, and believed that she wouldn't do that kind of thing. I don't care that she was distraught, that she may have been suicidal at one time. That doesn't mean she wanted to have sex with Kobe and then ruin both their lives.
Judge Rezdawg: If only trials could be so easily adjudicated, we would have no backlogs in our system of jurisprudice. Have you shared your secret with the Supreme Court as to how you arrive at your verdicts so effortlessly...and fairly?
Franchise, all Im saying is that the D.A. has to prove that Kobe raped this girl. Thats almost next to impossible. Thats not to say Kobe was completely innocent. But the result of the trial will be in favor of Kobe, unless it starts raining cats and dogs.
