Hmmmm...what was JVG's record without Tmac when he had Wesley, Sura, Howard, and Barry?

The difference is that JVG designed a team that was overly relient on TMac, which is ok if TMac is playing...but when he is out the team is lost.

This coach has desisgned a TEAM oriented system....where even if one piece goes out (Arguably the best piece) the team can pick up the slack.

Under JVG, if you lost TMac the team was lost.

Didn't you guys defend JVG not playing Bonzi, saying he's a cancer? So now Bonzi plays well under Rick's system and makes JVG looks bad, then he's stopped being a cancer, instead has become JVG's savior for his sorry record without T-Mac? I love it, pure drama.

Great, let me jot it down another JVG fault, JVG can't handle Bonzi, Rick Adleman can.

As for Brooks, Adleman watched Brooks in Oregon and went on record saying he liked him. Which talented draftee has JVG identified during his Rockets tenure? Let me also jot it down, Rick has an eye for young talent, JVG? hahaha, ask Boki Nachbar.

But the level of talent doesn't matter to JVG, since all he knows on offence is to ride on one on one plays anyway, without T-Mac to dump the ball to, he's nothing.

What a teriible thread. anyone who wants Yao to start dribbling behind his back and driving is r****ded.

Get the m&$&^@*r the ball in the key. One step. Shoot/dunk. It's simple.

Yao should not be dribbling other than maybe once, and especially not behind his back.

That is all the creativity Yao needs.
