I voted yes because I believe in what it was meant for. Learn the national language if you want to live in any country. Though I do feel it would be unfair to not serve non-english speaking people, because some people are just visiting the country, and therefore should not have to learn the language. I'd hate to go to Italy and not be able to order any food because I don't speak Italian.
Completely irrelevant to this discussion. Because someone speaks another language doesn't make them an illegal alien.
