You can have an equal number of calls going against both teams, but that doesn't mean the severity of those calls is equal. The Rockets had at least 10 points taken off the scoreboard from the non-calls/no continuation call on Harden's 3pt shots. Add in the Capela "travel" and the imaginary goaltending and you have another potential 4 point swing. When you factor in that those Harden non-calls came at a crucial junction in the game that likely contributed to GS finding their offensive rhythm then it is clear whom got the worst of the foul call exchange.
a tally of the clear calls the rockets were not given. which ends up being a -15. even if the rockets dont make all there ft's you can probably say ~10 give or take is a good choice. thats a lot of points to add to what the rockets were already doing but reality is the refs lets GS get back in the game and of course everything will go accordingly from there
^^ thats probably some of the dumbest stuff ive ever read. harden pulling him backwards ok. theres a reason why harden is going backwards. that makes no sense. box out backpedaling screens are legal now. what makes more sense bell trying to protect curry to let him do what he does or harden trying to do what he can to get to curry. classic trying to save face for the refs. #bullshit
Hey guys, look! Another person who didn't watch the game and only listens to idiot sports pundits to find their opinions.
why is @OfficialNBARefs not giving clarification to jordan bell fouling harden twice on 3 point attempts, or the 4 point play that was called off when steph got the SAME CALL in game 5? of all the trash calls in that game, the first call they open their mouth on is a moving screen by bell, which they defend, makes them look funny in the light, and reinforces that this was rigged.
I had avoided watching this video all day because I know it would just piss me off...I just watched it...fck the NBA
Wow. This is one hell of a turn around from the below posts you made about Game 6 THE SAME DAY. Welcome aboard I guess?
and that should tell you how bad game 7 was. ive never been the one put it on the refs as much as this. but last nights game was just pathetic
Let me just put it this way... The moment I saw Scott Foster was one of the officials, I knew I missed an opportunity in Vegas. If during the game last night was honestly the first time you realized how monumental this issue is, then welcome red pill taker! It's potentially the biggest story in sports since the Black Sox scandal of 1919. Yet, with ALL the evidence that exists, EVEN a former NBA official who went to prison over gambling, no curious and legitimate journalist has ever really investigated. In the day and age of the #METOO movement, that's shocking to me.
im a gambler so no. like ive been reiterating in the last 24 hrs, last night was just plain blatant and inexcusable. GS absolutely needed the boost to get by houston
MISSED 3'S ARE IRRELEVANT TO HORRENDOUS OFFICIATING The Rockets lost by 9. That is within the margin of error of all the horrendous calls. And even If they had made the 3's, THE MISSED CALLS WOULD STILL BE HORRENDOUS What is so hard to understand about this? Bad shooting and horrendous officiating are equally valid reasons for a loss!
Same here. I was kind of fed up with people relentlessly blaming the refs after Game 6. But after Game 7, it's just to much. It just reeked 2002 Kings treatment. It didn't help that we lost by only 9 points.
If its always been rigged then how in 1986 did we oust the showtime lakers to get to the finals against the celtics, preventing the greatest rivalry in sports at the time?
its so bad man., they refused to let the rockets get a lead thats too much to overcome (no more than 12-13 pts) and at the same time allowed GS to have a lead big enough (10) to fool most people into thinking they could easily come back from especially being without a cp3 after getting GS hot and in rhythm on the floor.
