Your hints are too obvious for the coordinates. How did you plot the coordinates? Im confused on that part.

well, I said it enough times and figured out what it sounded like. I got the hint and actually went to the site and found out more. I found some UPC codes, but the source code says that something starts with a specific letter. I've looked for types of "sota" that starts with that letter or UPC codes, etc. I can't seem to find that ID.

Open it in paint. From there, it's easy.

Ignore the "M" comment. Not sure what thats for.

you're looking for a UPC code for the answer.

I did that ... but mine resembled a row boat ... not quite a grocery basket :D

monsiour says he did it from the website

Have you figured out the poem?

but that company has 2 types of UPC codes.. one's a shorthand where they ignore a bunch of zeros in the middle. I went with the "free" version and actually tried half of it. Either way, thanks for the help! (no dashes, right?)

Open the fake page in paint, then mouseover the coordinates.

No. I've been pondering it, but haven't got a clue as yet. Someone on another board mentioned that one might need to be religious, but I haven't figured that out either. Maybe I am of the wrong faith.

Thats whats hard about this riddle. There are so many many ways the answer could be inputted. You're looking for the short hand (8 digits) and you will do both dashes and no dashes. (one will bring you to the next page and the other will bring up a clue for who knows what )

    Which message board?

mrwiggles seemed to hint towards ancient. The only thing i could think of was pompeii, but its not pompeii, pompei, pompey or any other alternative that i've ran across.

    Do you have a messanger?

I'm now at the poem as well. PErsonally, I was thinking of a certain biblical event, but that doesn't seem to click. It was somewhat mentioned in a forum that it's religious... I just don't know which one and figure out what it's looking for.

    1) Who is behind all this controversy
    2) religion
    3) ancient history

The country/city is obvious ... were dealing with a disaster in ancient history. The conflict is not specifically about religion and the disaster. The controversy has always been around. Who is behind it?

I wish it's that obvious to me. I have about 20 of them in my mind really. I could use another clue if it won't give it away.

The "controversy" is actually difficult to find.

    1) Its over a movie
    2) IMDB is your friend
    3) read user reviews
    4) 1935

OKay but which "cousin" drink is it? I assume you're referring to the GAN? I've tried every "free" one I can imagine... free of what?
