Okay, I still can't get the (####_####) one. I decoded the Javascript, downloaded the .mp3 mentioned in the comments, went to the .bmp referenced, and decoded the binary code to come up with names. I tried entering multiple coordinates given for the cities of Delhi, New Delhi, Bombay, and Calcutta. Am I overlooking something? Am I on the right track?

    Since i'm still up...

i think you did everything I did. I got those names of two thing representing two countries (that were not India) and got stuck there. Finally I got a clue and checked the board and yes, the list of cities you have contains the correct one.

Make sure you are entering the number into the little text box as xxxx_xxxx and not typing it in as http://thefinalplan.projectevolutionhome.net/xxxx_xxxx.html

I was entering it with parentheses around it -- like (1234_5678).

Thanks, and I'll try them again. I'll edit if I run into any more problems with this. [Edit: finally got it. I think that's the first time I've used the mad smiley here.]

I'm wondering if it has something to do with the Cyrillic text on the .doc.

I doubt that it does -- that roughly translates (according to Systran and a couple of years of Russian in college) as "If you want to know who we are, look at the countries".

Yes, I've used that site to decode the numbers, but don't know where to go from there. Maybe I'm missing something obvious, but I don't know what to do with what I've decoded. Don't be afraid to spell it out for me.
