Harden over the last 11 games: That is almost 40 points on efficiency that Kobe would've dreamed of. He's doing this on 12.6 three point attempts per game and only 7.7 free throw attempts per game. It's so frustrating that very few are willing to acknowledge how crazy efficient and remarkable this is, especially considering the amount of double teams he gets and how average everyone on our team is at handling the ball and or create aside from Westbrook and maybe Rivers. It's just time to win that trophy to shut everyone up and for the media to let their votes do the talking. There's plenty of lip service to Harden when a game is on, after an explosive night, but rarely do people follow through on their word. Also when he's given credit, there has to be a side note of some sort. Also over the whole year Harden is now our best active 3pt shooter with 38.6% on 13.5 attempts!! Harden is the MVP and arguably best player in the league.
Arguably? No, he most certainly is. Opposing coaches have to study like it’s a final exam just to prepare for Harden. Some dudes just straight up won’t see the floor if Harden is coming to town. The abuse would be too much. Imagine if teams were still guarding Harden like they did back in 17-18 just switching the PnR and usually ending up with a weak defender or big man alone on Harden ISO Island? My god, it would be a buffet. I have never seen 1 player get double teamed like this. LAC has Bev, PG, and Kawhi, and Doc still decided that it would be best to double him every possession. Dumbass Scottie Pippen really thinks he could do what Harden is doing. U hate to see the delusion and envy from so many people.
I have noticed the haters are dumbfounded and have gone missing in the last few games. This includes the media.
The haters will evaporate when he can maintain his scoring without fishing for fouls. They will always say that he's relying on the ref's whistles until that's not a featured part of his game. When Harden shoots a high percentage and plays under control, he's the MVP. Those last two minutes against Philadelphia...unbelievably good. More of that, please.
"His numbers look alright. But he's no Luka. Imagine if Luka played in MDA's system. He'd probably average 50-15-15." The media in general lol.
The crazy thing is. . . he is fould at least 5 times a game without a call They just straight jacked him of at least 5 points last nite (a 4 point play) Rocket River
Next big media diss on the horizon: Harden finishes the All-Star game with 16 points and 9 assists, and everyone points out how he once again shrank under the big spotlight. Meanwhile, everyone who knows anything about the guy knows that he doesn't give a **** about scoring big in the All-Star game. Meanwhile, Gianus* scores 30 against guys who have no desire at all to defend, and is confirmed as "the best player in the game by far." * Preferred spelling because it emphasizes "anus"
Now everyone just take a deep breath and enjoy what you’re seeing. Because the haters are going to burst your bubble and want you to believe you didn’t see something great. IF you want them to enjoy Hardens great play as much as we enjoy what he is doing. Those folks are like a devoted flock to Mainstream Narrative Sports news. Hence the day ESPN, ABC, Disney, TNT, etc... figure out a way to exploit Harden for maximizing profit, that day the narrative will change. Enjoy greatness, even if it’s in a Houston bubble.
