Just informed I will be spending all of Thursday and half of Friday in Oklahoma City meeting with a client. I have never been there. Any ideas?

ermm... bricktown has some decent bars. beyond that you could check out the warren theater .

The weather has been drizzly/cold here all week, so dress accordingly.

Best part about OKC (all of OK for that matter) is leaving.

They have a huge memorial to the Federal Building that was bombed..very somber, but a must-see from what I understand.

The cool kids hang out on western now. If you like beer check out mcnellies and do a couple tours, great stuff. Pretty good food too.

    Absolutely agree.

Bricktown was terrible imho and I was there on sat. night. All the restaurants were closed by midnight and we had to eat at an IHOP.

The only redeeming thing might be the OKC memorial musuem, it's quite moving. Other than that I have no love for OKC.

Steal a professional basketball team and give it a crappy, singular nickname.

Go try Leo's BBQ and see if it still tastes good ... apparently they moved. Then report back.

Check out Pops if you have time, and like soda.

    http://www.pops66.com/

It has an amazing selection of drinks and it is really popular. Went there last Thanksgiving while visiting my mom.
