I went to a show at Red Rocks last night. You should do that.

Just got back from Denver. We almost went out to the 4th of July show at Red Rocks but it had been a looonggg couple days getting the kids situated going from near New Orleans to Houston to drop off kids and then flying out very early.

Denver is a really nice city at this point. I don't know if it is the weed $$$ but it is just a young, vibrant town. 16th street is really a good time for walking, coffee, snacks and people watching. Fairly clean although a few fairly bold homeless people here and there. I shared food and cannabis with them. We went to Pikes Peak and that is also worth it but a little terrifying. My pregnant wife almost had a panic attack and I didn't want to stay at the top for long because of the oxygen levels in regards to her pregnancy. Still an amazing drive. I will never live where it snows again but I'd move there in a second if it was a warmer climate. Did a few other things around Colorado Springs/Manitou (IE Garden of the Gods).

Would recommend Cholon as a modern asian place that served some good food. We usually prefer to go to the Carribean but we really enjoyed Colorado. Admittedly I am a little bit of a connoisseur on the weed side and that is an amazing thing in itself. My wife humored me there a bit as I enjoyed walking through the stores.
