I like boxes. Little odd boxes that you can put stuff in. I wouldn't say I collect them, because if I don't use it I get rid of it. I hate pack ratting.
Past: basketball cards, posters from sports magazines, Rockets wins (i taped every game from 2000 to 2004, if we lost, i taped over it), and duck figurines. Present: panties. Some girls like shoes and purses, I like undergarments. It just started over the past couple years, so maybe it's a fad.
Business Cards. I've got hundreds of them. Started collecting them back in about 97. I also keep every tickets stub from a rock or hip hop show I go to.
Girl, I can't believe you just admitted that to this board! You got some cojones! Though I did go through that phase for a few years...
No I haven't... I don't actually make it to OTS too much these days. I used to work out that way, but that was many moons ago. Though I might just have to stop by there one weekend (and then drive out to Rudy's while I'm at it )
Technically not a collection per say, but I love books. Especially sci-fi books and future tech type stuff. I used to collect basketball cards a long time ago, have a binder full of rockets cards, a binder full of jordans, a binder full of just random cards that I put in when I was 10/11 lol. Aside from that, I don't have a lot of collections really. I do enjoy books though, so for now, not really a need/want for any other collections.
Oh, and movie tickets when I can remember. Sometimes concert tickets. Not an active collection, but still it's a little thing to do.
computer parts galore, i have random computer parts from all my builds. I dont know why i still have them, but I cant get myself to throw them away.
When I was little, I collected rocks. Well, mostly a collection was given to me with little labels identifying the type of rock. My grandmother's second husband owned some mines, I think. I added 2 or 3 random rocks to the collection. Now, I collect unusual packs of playing cards. But, it is pretty passive and I haven't gotten a new deck in quite some time (I should have gotten one when I was vacationing last month, but didn't think of it).
I thought about making a lame come-on, but now that I know about the cojones, I don't think I want to.
I also have two McFarlane Yao's and a T-Mac. Those are cool. I also have some vintage Oilers stuff, though I wouldn't exactly say I collect it, because I just don't have enough. I've got a full set of tall and short Oilers glasses, two Oilers beer steins (one glass, one some kind of metal), and a 20oz Oilers coffee mug. I also have a pair of Oilers gloves and a real-deal Oilers NFL Pro Line winter coat that a friend gave me whose cousin played briefly for the Oilers and gave to him. It rarely gets worn because, well, I'm in Houston. That thing would keep you warm in the arctic. Now that I think about it....I've got a ton of Oilers stuff.
