    From S.I.

The Rockets, right now, are tied with the Spurs for third place in the points per possession rankings, meaning they have an elite offense despite starting an average (and, if we’re being honest, probably below average) point guard in Kyle Lowry, a defense-first guy at center (Chuck Hayes) where Yao Ming was supposed to be, and, until last week, a limited spot-up shooter at small forward (Shane Battier).

Below average? If we're talking about starters, positional ranking-wise, where does Lowry sit?
~10 (Paul, Williams, Rose, Rondo, Nash, Curry, Parker, Westbrook, Billups, Wall) are clearly better.
I think Lowry belongs in the next tier with the likes of Davis, Kidd, Harris, Jennings, Nelson, Calderon, Felton, Stuckey, Brooks, Williams, Miller, Conley, Holiday, Collison Honestly, with all things like current skill level, potential, character, intangibles, potential, age and contract taken into account, I wouldn't mind sticking with Lowry from that second tier.

In my opinion, he is quite capable and is getting better (just turned 24 I think). Him and Chuck are our new Battiers.
