New neighbor came by introducing himself and his girl and told us they were having a "move in" party tonight...may 50 to 100 people. I told him I'd respect his youth "cause I don't want to be that old neighbor" if he doesn't turn the neighborhood into frat row. We agreed and shook hands and I got an invite.
