People who just graduated high school were in 4th grade when I graduated high school. And sometimes I feel like a bad man :(

See other people's kids that are now 30 years-old for the first time in 20 years.

    - When that label on a product "Consult Physician Before Starting" actually MEANS something now to you.

    - Knowing that FULL graduating classes today were born into the world WELL AFTER I FINISHED high school.

    - Same with seeing athletes drafted now. In a couple years athletes will be drafted that werent even ALIVE when the Rockets won their championship.

Here's one that hit me a couple of years ago. I pulled out my old baseball glove and was playing catch with my son. I noticed my glove was a "Bonds" model - Bobby Bonds!

You know you are old when your signature glove has a SON that has retired.

When I started junior college 4 years ago and most of my classmates were born right around the time I graduated high school.

Most torturous example was one was actually flirting with me and when I sat down in my desk...I made a random "old man" groaning noise.....FLIRTATION OVER!

Video games. Played Madden '97 on a Playstation once, couldn't figure it out and I was done forever.

Texting; although I see alot of women my age and a little older doing it, like one of the managers interviewing me for a job, it still makes me feel old. Same any time I see one of those dumb ass Foursquare stickers, just looks like something you'd have time and energy for if you're a kid with no job.

Entertainment. I rarely enjoy any cinema. Even the movies I recognize as being well made, fail to keep my interest (for example the X-Men movie I just watched).

Also my crappy metabolism. I use to eat fast food everyday and stayed fit, now a burger sets me back around 2-3 days.

I'm only in my early thirties, but based on my own body I think it's similar to the sedentary ****** groan. It either releases air to relax your muscles or just distracts you from the pain, or rationalizes to people why you're sitting down in slow motion with a scowl on your face.
