Turn only lanes that aren’t long enough to accommodate the cars that want to turn, leading to a backup into other lanes causing massive bottlenecks, or assholes who zoom to the front to cut everyone off. Just make the damn lanes longer, TXDOT. Oh, and properly and repeatedly mark them so assholes who are going straight don’t get into them on accident.

Lazy ****ing slobs taking their dogs to the park and not picking up their ****. It's bad enough when it's on the running trail, but letting your dogs **** on the fields where kids play soccer? Also park-related - the New Year's Resolutionists who clog up the park and trails the first couple of weeks in January getting their runs and walks in for the year.

You can't rely on delivery schedules anymore.

Amazon is like "will ship January 14-January 30". Great! I can go on a quick vacation. You're on a plane, and as you're boarding your flight "Your package has shipped!". Welp, I guess some porch pirate will be happy.

Fed-Ex, you don't know if your package with adult signature authentication required will be early, late, and/or have the delivery driver sign for you (which he shouldn't be able to do). So ... congrats, porch pirate!

USPS, you ... hell, I don't know, sometimes they're run better than all of them and other times, I'm having to chase down mailmen to ask why a box that couldn't fit into a mailbox had a status update of "delivered to mailbox". Then I find him on the next street and look in his vehicle and see my delivery. He was like "I haven't even got to your street yet." Don't ask me man, I'm just the victim.

Yeah, some people are just rude. I used to feel that way sitting in training meetings as a teacher. Someone prepares a training session and as they are speaking it never failed that some of the teachers around me just carried on having their own conversations, making it hard to focus on the speaker. I wondered how those teachers expected the children in their class to listen to them when they gave a lesson. You can't expect others to show you any respect if you can't show respect to others yourself.

Obvious fake texts about something being shipped that is stuck in a warehouse or somewhere.

    Uh huh. Right.

Prize Picks commercials and the low effort, low rent commercials where some rando pretends to interview people on the street to promote a product.

Any time you watch a game with Aaron Rodgers, you have to put up with them showing him every 30 seconds. Even when the defense is on the field, they show him sitting on the sideline between every play. If you played a drinking game where you had to take a drink every time they showed him, you would be passed out before halftime. WE DON'T NEED AN AARON RODGERS CAM.

We created a drinking game that we would drink any time Matthew McConaughey was shown during a UT football game. Very fun game until the Peach Bowl. I was way too sober for that 4th quarter scare.

    That is a cruel game.

If you count the commercials you'd be done by halftime.

Doc "woke up with a migraine" this morning so I cancelled my appointment. Now I get to wait until next Tuesday to find out if I have skin cancer or not.

Hope it's benign. I do the yearly roulette wheel with a dermatologist.

We didn't need no stinkin' sunblock! We had base burn then maintenance burns to keep the dead layer of skin on top.

Question...am I supposed to know who the people in the Prize Picks commercials are? Are they somehow famous?

I'm already annoyed at the thought of Deion Sanders being named head coach of the cowboys. The amount of constant coverage that's going to get will making watching ESPN unbearable...no matter what sport is on or in season.

I have to go yearly, already have had minor issues over the past decade. My mother, bless her heart, use to let me run around without a shirt on in the summer and I would always get a sunburn the first week but after that I was good to go.................for the life of me I dont think she knew what sunscreen was LOL..............and hell, we were not expected back until it got dark, nor did we want to go home. It sucks my nieces and nephews will never know those "good times" and the freedom we had as kids
