Thibodeau still says Mcgrady is a possibility, but shooting is first priority

Oh nah you're totally right. Mcgrady never cared about the team, winning, or his fans. Because of not caring so much he only is in the tops in playoffs performances. He only carried multiple teams on his back in the playoffs, only to receive no help. I guess freaking CRYING on national tv after a playoff loss shows he doesn't care.

No I don't see where you're going with this. You've had no direction in your argument since you began discussing with me. You asked for empirical evidence, so I gave you "a" clip, because that's all you seem to respond to.

The difference is this. The clips of players getting the best of jordan on defense were rare instances. The clip I provided of T-mac getting burned on defensive was just an example of one of many occurrences.

Oh, I'm sorry let me spell it out for you. If you don't think that in all of Michael Jordans career that he has never blown a defensive assignment, or got crossed, or got dunked on, you are sadly mistaken. The reason clips like that are on youtube is because they were amazing. Like I said earlier, no one is going to sit at the computer all day posting videos of Nba players blowing defensive assignments. That would be foolish.

Thats why you see videos on youtube of Walton dunking by Mcgrady or Nate Robinson blocking Yao, because its entertaining and unusual. Hate all you want on Mcgrady, but he was a damn good player.

Of course he cared, but you could tell that much of his "crying" and "it's on me" interviews were just theatrics to make himself look like he felt as if his soul was being ripped out if they lost. He cared more about the image of looking like he cared. Did you ever actually see a tear come from his eye?

At the end of the day, of course he cared to a certain degree. No player wants to lose, especially when "it's on" them if they do. But it became apparent during his last season as a rocket he cared more about auditioning for a new lucrative contract than competing to win. When he didn't get his way by getting the PT he wanted, he ran his big mouth, quit on the team, and here we are.

Now you are questioning whether he actually cared. You are saying his whole appearance is fake. You really make me sick.

Did you even read the last part of my post? I said Jordan's clips of him blowing defensive assignments were rare occurrences, while T-mac's clip was just an example of what he did on a normal basis.

Well, at least I finally got through to you on one thing. T'mac was a "damn good player", but not a great.

I'm not the first one to say it. And I'm not saying his whole appearance is fake. I'm saying his hatred of losing looks more like theatrics then it does genuine emotion. Sure losing bothered him, but it appears he cared much more about getting paid than he did winning as evidenced by his last year with the Rockets.

I personally think that real rockets fans are mad at how he acted at the end of his career in Houston. So now that hes a washed up Bit&h we can all celebrate because a guy like him deserved it. Are you telling me Cleveland fans want lebron to succeed??? Of coarse not and true Rockets fans should want tracy to fail at everything involving basketball for the rest of his career.

I agree, It's definitely more about how he acted during his last year in Houston.

BTW, I got the mods to change my username while keeping the same account history and status. My username was similar to another's username and people got us confused, so I emailed clutchfans, and a mod let me change it. They may have only allowed it because of my particular case, but it's definitely worth you giving it a shot.

True rockets' fans would forget about him and focus on the rockets, not tmac on another team. This beef with tmac makes no sense and it's nowhere near the same situation as with Lebron, doesnt even compare.

I'm unhappy with how McGrady ended things in Houston and his inability to keep his ego in check, but I still wish the best for the guy.

I'd love to see him completely accept a minor role with a team like Detroit and help them make the playoffs.
