Strict coach that does not **** around and wins everywhere he goes. I like the movement in his offense. I especially liked how the players rotated behind the drive. It’s something that I’ve seen the Bucks and Heat do. I had never heard of the coach and only know what was in the video so I could not tell you if he’s a good fit for the Rockets though.
Our championship window is only like 2 years,I doubt he would want to stay after 2 years ,because we will prob trade harden,russ, then tank .Right now based off accolades alone it's fair to say hes better than Silas.I want Silas and feel like he would be a very good coach for now and post harden era In houston.

Smart guy. Once was a very good player. Great coach. Would be worth a try. Btw, he spent some time in jail during his playing career. He killed a pedestrian in a traffic accident. I think he can handle Westbrook or anyone else for that matter.
One of my favorite coaches..... not sure he would be able to communicate with star players or accept the front office having some control..... however very smart, detail oriented and he really really wants to win. He is huge on chemistry.
