Your silly little question is beneath me. [IMG]

My portugeuse is poor, but your question is not serious. "Why don't sharks eat Lawyers?"
The punchline, I guess, is, "B. Professional Courtesy."

This is just based on my spanish and italian knowledge.

People should be required to vote, like in Australia. That way, all the people can be truly represented. If a person doesn't like any of the candidates, they could have a "none of the above" option.

End of 1st quarter: "They're playing so well!"
    2nd: "What a great game!"
3rd: "Theres no way they can lose now!"
    4th: "What the ******* **** happened?!!"
Vote Gore to keep our planet green!

I know this is an old thread but I have to throw in my own two cents on ballot testing. Who makes up the questions? You , the government, an "independent" organization?
What if the test looked like this, would you pass?
Por que os tubarões não comem advogados?
    A. que provam engraçados
    B. Cortesia profissional
    C. Seu mama sabe por que...
    D. Nenhuma do acima
    I don't think so.
This is the exact method that was used to keep African Americans from voting for nearly a hundred years in the South. Any sort of poll testing discriminates. Period. And not just against race. Who decides who is smart enough? Maybe I think that any one who thinks that supporting (insert your favorite issue here) is just a redneck r****d. While I don't make the test up now, what if i get elected? What happens then?

MadMax, why would the test be challenged as racist? Are you saying that minorities don't know a lot about the Constitution?
