I always agree with Max, especially on this. Rock on JuanValdez. p*rnography isn't sex, sex happens best with 2 people. If a couple needs p*rn to keep their relationship up, I feel bad for them. Shouldn't this be moved to D & D? Oh and for all the Christians out there, the only sexual sin Christ really speaks of is the lusting of one's heart. In essence, this is the sexual sin, the intentions are not for the fullness of sex, but rather they stray for the fullness of lust.
You misread. Augustine is saying that it is easy to turn something enjoyable into a false God, in that its end is not for God, as would the full act of sex. Its end lies purely in its self. Christians do not hate worldly things, its just that we cannot subplant these worldly things as Gods. So yes, Sex is beautiful. p*rn, however, is not sex.
