I guess the guys that said we need to re-sign Dragic were right. I'm tired of Lowry's flopping and on court antics and this is kind of the final straw for me being a fan of his. He really wasn't a hundred percent this season and didn't like the decisions he made. Yeah, he was injured but still...I really like Dragic, the guy is a beast. If we re-sign Dragic lets hope he plays with the same fire he did when he was a bench player.

I do entirely agree with what many clutchfans said on here. This organization is having some major issues. We're not even close to being a contending team and our players act like they are superstars. I can expect something like this from the Heat, Knicks, Lakers, etc. But this is just ridiculous. I can't stand the immaturity level of some of these young players, especially when they are on our team. Don't act like you don't squat when you poo Lowry, you're not a star player.

Clearly Kevin was healthy enough to play and the organization lied talking about rehab, Pffft. Don't know what they are trying to accomplish since we did not tank or failed attempt anyways. Front office is just a mess and Les needs to accept the fact that we need to rebuild and stop trying to just compete and take his chances. I don't trust this front office at all.

why dont you get mad at Euro's who refuse to play in the NBA if they arent guarenteed a starting spot in the NBA. You are a hyprocrite

Lowry is the heart and soul of the Rockets. Dragic just had a career year in a contract season. Lowry is the better and more proven player

The truth of the matter is, any PG who is content with staying on the bench is not a player i would want

You cant have it both ways

What dont you understand, its the players fault

Its the players fault that Morey keeps trading for bonafide BUST like Thabeet, Jordan Hill, and TWill. You have to ask yourself why is Morey contuining to trade for players in which their teams have given up on them before their rookie year

Morey is supposed to magically trade for a BUST, and they automatically become a good player

    Stop collecting other teams trash

The Rockets traded for Thabeet because Memphis gave them a first round pick, which they packaged to obtain Motiejunas. They essentially got paid to take on Thabeet (while renting Battier out for 2 months).

The Rockets traded for Jordan Hill because he was a part of the package that also included the 16th pick of the upcoming draft, which the Rockets obtained essentially for being willing to take on Jeffries for a year (using Tracy McGrady's expiring contract). If the Rockets didn't make the deal, they would have gotten nothing instead of Jordan Hill and the 16th pick.

And BTW, Jordan Hill got traded to the Lakers for Derek Fisher and a future 1st rounder, too.

The only one among those listed by you that the Rockets actually gave up value for is Terrence Williams. In this case, the consideration given was a lotto protected 1st rounder. Williams didn't work out, despite having talent (which he kind of showed in SAC). It happens sometimes. Nobody hits 100% on the players you drafted, traded for, or signed.

In fact, if by "bust" you mean not becoming a consistent rotation player, then every team will have 5-7 busts since teams typically have 14 or 15 man rosters and 8-9 man rotations. Somebody's asses have to sit. Whenever possible, the Rockets front office have decided to fill their rosters, including the end of the bench, with guy who they think can play or learn to play. If instead of Thabeet, Hill, Flynn, Williams, etc., they instead have Rick Brunson , Ryan Bowen and random D-Leaguers, I guess you emos will have less to b**** about. But would that be the best strategy?

It is fair to blame the coach and players for the mess that the Rockets are in. But the signs of disaster have long been there but have been conveniently covered up by all kinds of excuses. The real blame starts at the top of the organization. Alexander for being foolish enough to be duped and hiring Morey, and Morey for selling Alexander all sorts of mumbo jumbo about statistics as the new "paradigm" in talent evaluation and team building. That is where it all starts and unless Alexander wakes up and makes drastic changes or sells the team we could all argue among ourselves about all sorts of things about the team, some posters calling each other names and insults, the results would be the same or worse.

I wonder how much it'd take to buy the Rockets from Les... Sigh... Anyway, we're stuck with what we've got; however, I, for one, hope Morey will ship any angry players to greener pastures and get us some young, long, athletic, and basketball-SMART talent to develop.

Ok then im sick and tired of people expecting these guys to be more than what they were on their orginal team. Just because you move a bust from city A to city B doesnt mean anything

So, you shouldn't expect a guy like Gerald Green or Jeremy Lin to all of a sudden play better with a new team?

Ever have a shoulder tendon injury? I have. Getting that arm above your shoulder can become a serious chore. Not good for shooting in basketball I would imagine.

Not too shabby - two first round picks for a semi-scrub role player, who's known for one or two brilliant plays a season.

Yes, but it's also entirely expected given how deep we are with middling talent. Everyone is clamoring for PT, but too many players to go around. Really need to trade a bunch of these players for fewer, better ones.

We did but it got overturned...

However, Morey isn't going to make a trade just to make a trade or free up playing time for a couple of unhappy players.
