There are important positives for this team right now

I wish DH12 would adopt some of Hakeems game.

Dwight will never incorporate Dream's post game in real game situations.

He's just who he is at this point... much rather see him PnR to the basket.

That said, Dwight can still dominate on the defensive end.

I feel like 50+ games should be enough time for an established all-star to mesh. Lawson just doesn't fit.

 

IF something good is gonna happen... it's gonna be cause Morey pulls off some trade deadline move... I've got no confidence in this group - they're not learning and developing chemistry... any successes are here today and gone tomorrow - we're not building on things that work at any given time...

 

I'm all for being positive, but where's the poll option for 'team finally buys in and fully commits to playing with consistent effort/toughness/smarts'?

Otherwise, there's really no reason to optimistic about anything other than major moves happening before the trade deadline.

 

They are who we thought they were. ..mediocre

 

I hope he turns it around, I had high hopes - but I think it's time to be realistic.

 

A positive is Houston has another national televised game on Tuesday yeah the sad part is its in Golden State boo

 

If Dwight had competent and willing passers he would be feasting in the paint. I've never seen a team as bad as this Rocket team at feeding the post in set plays, or in transition. Hakeem would have slapped the piss out of all the guards on this team if it was him relying on them to put him in situations to be successful. Dwight rarely gets the ball where he wants it.

 

THIS! I've been saying this all year long and I keep getting shouted down by people saying that D12 isn't a good post player blah blah blah... The guy went off for 36 points last month and is shooting .606 - yet he only averages 8.5 shots a game! This is a travesty and indicative of how under utilized he is... We come nowhere near utilizing our guys to their fullest potential. I blame 2 people for this mess - JB and Harden. Until we have our team playing like a TEAM we are destined for failure... We might get the occasional 'tease' when Harden goes beserk on the offensive end - but its unsustainable and fleeting at best!

 

One does not simply adopt Hakeem's game. Howard just doesn't have the skills or coordination, though few do.

 

The only positive from this season is that it has exposed a fool's gold superstar.

 

A few more months and this nightmare of a season is over - the only positive.

 

Positve: Empty TC = move down to great seats for free
