    Dont necessarily agree with this point, for instance, just because he looks for specific teams and players to compliment his team especially offensively. That's smart. Yes, the Gado trade did not yield the impact some hoped, that doesnt mean that the trade was necessarily a mistake. Morency missed blitz pickup assignments and was fumble-prone. Kuby saw that Morency under a similar offensive scheme, may work better.

    Jeb Putzier if we had a real QB, would have helped more to improve our offense.

    Vonta Leach, a cut GB retread, helped to save any semblance of a running game for us especially in the second half of the season.

    So, Kuby did not make change for the sake of change, he made changes that gave every impression to help improve especially our offense and the stats DID show improvement albeit incremental from what we hoped with Kuby's reputation and all.
