Anyone know if there are any links for tonight's NXT? Here's the card: NXT Championship Match - Fatal 4-Way Adrian Neville (c) vs. Sami Zayn vs. Tyler Breeze vs. Tyson Kidd NXT Women’s Championship Match Charlotte (c) vs. Bayley NXT Tag Team Championship Match The Ascension (c) vs. Kalisto & Sin Cara Hair vs. Hair Match Enzo Amore vs. Sylvester LeFort Singles Match Mojo Rawley vs. Bull Dempsey Plus, the NXT debut of Japanese star, Kenta, will take place during tonight’s live event.
That's such a better lineup than any pay-per-view I've seen. I can't wait to see the Ascension on the main roster!
I wonder what the "WWE names" will be for other two new NXT guys, Prince Devitt and Kevin Steen. Devin Prince and Steven Keen? <blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="en"><p>Kill Keen Kill <a href="http://t.co/IQU9fl4CrQ">pic.twitter.com/IQU9fl4CrQ</a></p>— The Young Bucks (@NickJacksonYB) <a href="https://twitter.com/NickJacksonYB/status/494304276697473024">July 30, 2014</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
The Usos, Harper and Rowan, The Ascension, Goldust and Stardust would make the tag division the best it's been in a very long time
I wish that NXT would breakaway from the WWE and start their own brand just like when ECW got out of the NWA promotion. That will definitely shake up the world of the pro wrestling industry/business and the internet community. This promo starts @ 14:00 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pi6MOHFZEBc <iframe width="560" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/_kpEjrKqf3s" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
I don't see gold dust and star dust being a long term team. I'm sure they'll win the titles after their heel turn. And then they'll drop it and feud with each other with Cody going over.
Now why would they do that? To please old wrestling fan's nostalgia? It wouldn't have the same production if they left WWE. Not to mention that I believe the main goal for the roster is to eventually get called up to the "big leagues". Without WWE, NXT would be just like any other indy promotion (still better than TNA).
Night Of Champions is tonight. Brock Lesnar vs. John Cena - WWE World Heavyweight Championship Sheamus vs. Cesaro - WWE United States Championship Dolph Ziggler vs. The Miz - WWE Intercontinental Championship Paige vs. AJ Lee vs. Nikki Bella - Triple threat match for the WWE Divas Championship Mark Henry vs. Rusev The Usos vs. Gold and Stardust - WWE Tag Team Championship Chris Jericho vs. Randy Orton Roman Reigns vs. Seth Rollins
I don't get WWE's booking of putting Reigns over Rollins right before their match at N.O.C. So I guess Rollins will win on Sunday. I was expecting some outside interference from Kane and Orton then Y2J joins to help Roman and finally Dean Ambrose make his return. This 1-on-1 match can turn into a 6-man tag match. (Theodore Long likes the idea.)
I know WWE enjoys the extra money they get from USA for switching RAW to 3 Hours but for their own long-term benefit, reduce that damn show to 2 hours. They've proven that they can't keep the show compelling week to week on 3 hours and PLUS 3 hours is too damn long to begin with for ANYTHING other than sports that have breaks and halftimes and such. Reduce the run time or friggin be like every other episodic show/sport and have an offseason so they can come up with stuff people actually want to see rather then disjointed, out-of-touch, same ol, same ol, bullcrap.
The Bella feud is pointless and boring. In fact, the past few Raw's which I have watched on and off have been very bland and just not that entertaining IMO.
I thought RAW was great last night. Jericho/Kane Swagger/Bo Sheamus & Usos/Cesaro and the Rhodes Rollins/Reigns All pretty great entertaining matches Even the Paige & Nikki vs AJ & Brie tag was good but that's just because Paige is amazing. I agree RAWs over the last few weeks have been pretty bland it's bad enough Bryan & BnB are down but then Ambrose's storyline injury makes it worse. Still though no show can come close to WWE with the talent they have picked up from indies or just developed with FCW/NXT/OVW etc
Just watched Impact Wrestling tonight and they are putting very good matches including the 3-way ladder match between The Dudleys vs. The Hardyz vs. The Wolves and the TNA World Title match between Lashley vs. Roode. The dream matchup I would really like to see is Bobby Lashley (TNA World Champion) vs. Brock Lesnar (WWE World Champion). Both guys can do some MMA moves in the ring. TNA and NXT right now are giving us fans the best shows for U.S. mainstream wrestling.
