    The absolute best Christmas Song is Crash Test Dummmies doing The First Noel. It's Awesome.

    The worserest of all has got to be Madonna doing Santa Baby. It ends wrong.

    I work along side PieEatinFattie and his ring tone is Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer. We found that one on the internet and knew it would piss off everyone in our wonderful cube farm. It has been a success so far. I do miss the Chicken Clucking (his previous ringtone) though.

    I really like Eartha Kitt's version of Santa Baby. It make my pants go crazy.

    Everclear does a good job with it to.:cool:

    That was The Great White North: Bob and Doug McKenzie LP. Geddy Lee assisted on the album but I don't know how much he actually played on it.

    I agree there is something very Christmasy about Burl Ives. The song (and his voice) just makes me happy.

    I thought this thread was worst Christmas song?

    Well I can't believe this one hasn't been mentioned: Christmas Shoes. Oh my goodness I cringe whenever I hear that one. It was nice the first time I suppose but now it really grates on me.

    the song from "love actually", christmas is all around, is cheesy but catchy. plus it makes you remeber all the funny stuff that the guy did in the movie.

    Also, I have a version of "The Twelve days of Christmas" by Mitch Miller & The Sing-Along Gang where they sang the 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th days out of order. They weren't doing it to joke - they just screwed up.

    I'd have to say John Lennon's little guilt trip, anti-capitalist anthem Merry Christmas (War is Over). Just the thought of that awful song just makes me ill. What a whiner he was. Contrast that with the happy, upbeat anthem of Paul. And people wonder why I always thought Paul was a much better songwriter.
