What happens is they pair 20 something men with 20 something women. And they pair 30 something men with 20 something women. Also 40, 50 and sometimes 60 something men with 20 something women. So 30 and 40 something women disappear for like 15 years while they are being past over for the wife/gf roles of the 30/40 and 50 something men. They sometimes resurface as moms and grandmas.
