    Trauma to the brain happens in youth football and is extremely dangerous at that age.

    CTE is a careerist problem, so of course it doesn't have much application below the collegiate level. But it's only one very narrow, specific health implication in a very large array of them that are amplified in risk for youth.

    High school football isn't so ingrained in our culture that it would prevail over kids's health.
