i have a vintage breitling chronomat evolution with the green dial and brown leather strap that i love but don't wear too often. a decent tissot that i wear on occassion and also a baume & mercier crocodile strap that i rarely wear but is a great watch to wear to work or dressier occassions. also a old kreiger lunar chronometer that my dad gave me years ago that no longer works :(

all that said my everyday watch is a $40 timex. i will be splurging on a tudor heritage chrono in the very near future, though.

Very nice choice. It's such a great design. I have the Black Bay on my wishlist.

I am too, and couldn't make the transition to military/divers without shattering even mineral crystals. Have to stick with G's as ugly as they are.

    I wouldn't mind having this $800 quartz:

I thought the sawtooths were using the NH25A movements but I guess not. Learn something new everyday!

That one's actually a tuna with the hi-torque 7C46 quartz.

nothing too fancy, but I like the simplicity of it and didn't have to spend too much

That's a great looking watch, plates300. While being a chronometer (I suppose with the 3 extra dials.) it still looks clean and uncluttered thanks to no roman numerals (which I hate) or any other numbers other than the 12 and a discreetly placed date complication. I've been a wristwatch lover for some time now. I often chide my co-workers for not wearing a watch but who are instead wearing some useless and cheesy bracelet or necklace. I wouldn't walk out the door without a wristwatch.

Anyone know a good way to sell a decent watch other than ebay? I have an Omega Speedmaster that is a little too small at 39mm that I wouldn't mind selling to help pay for my next watch.

Check out the more popular watch sites like TimeZone or WatchUSeek. Good for selling and buying...

My nicest watch... a Kobold Spirit of America.

And my "dressy" watch... a Limes Cartouche.

You could try listing it on some of the popular watch forums like Watchuseek or visit a few watch stores around town to see what they would give you for a trade in.

nice. I almost pulled the trigger on this grey themes titanium royal oak offshore last year. I liked AP more until it was thrust into the hip hop culture.

actually the overseas I have is the small 40mm before they made the larger one. I really like the new overseas chrono with white face and the Vacheron Dual Time. But I rarely wear a watch now unless I go out. (don't wear one while working bc the bracelet hits my keyboard)
