i like the guy who pointed out that, if you could grow something that could help headaches, depression, lack of appetite, etc etc, the drug companies would lose insane amounts of money.

i know people who have gone through a lot of **** because they were caught with a few grams of weed. the madness needs to end soon.

Propaganda like this? They should abandon facts and shedding light on some truth and go "celebrity endorsement" with their message? Tobacco should be outlawed?

    Really.

I think it's more a question of "How and why are our lives being controlled." What are the factors.... Who's making the decisions.... Why?

    Example.
Personally, I enjoy a cigar once in a blue moon. I know they're bad for you, but once a month or so doesn't strike me as something that should make anyone so concerned about me that they would outlaw this behavior.

    Freedom.

Yep, propaganda. It's the only way to reach some people. You gotta play the game.

I retract the whole illegal thing about tobacco, but it's honestly a horrible thing to do to your body. And you hit the nail on the head- it's all about moderation, which smokers don't practice because of the addictive qualities of tobacco.

What about prescription painkillers? cheeseburgers? Afrin? what about Lasagna? Pizza? With just a slight move "forward" here or there, the list can grow however those in control want it to.

People need to quit trying to decide what is best for other people when it doesn't directly intrude on others' freedoms.
