This is a bit dated now, but I haven't seen this posted here. To limit abuse of Sudafed (which includes ingredients used to make meth), there are limits to amount a person can buy and ID is required. The boxes include a type that is only sold in the UK which suggest the limits are being circumvented through purchases from alternate sources. Sudafed + alleged adderall and coke abuse would explain the bizarre behavior. The original tweet and photo is still on Trump's timeline.

It's *something*, but there's so many potential moving parts and non-guarantees from China after this Phase 1 of 3, or whatever they're calling it, that nobody knows where it goes from here.
