Basically now if we win our next 3 games we get HCA regardless of what Utah does. I'm pretty sure we will lose to Phoenix, but we better damn beat NOK!!! If we lost to both NOK and PHO UTah has a damn good chance of getting HCA.

not true, they only lost one more game than us, so they have to lose one more game before the final game comes.

The magic number(barring a monumental collapse tonight) is 3. So if the Rockets beat the Hornets and Suns and the Jazz lose just one more game, we have home court.

that's correct. so i still think the last game will probably determine the homecourt ad

Honestly I want to pull up the first Utah watch thread that had the last 8 or so games...I remember myself and a handful said HCA was still possible...in fact I argued that it was probably a very likely scenario... many however talked about how HCA was not gonna happen or was a long shot... BELIEVE IT....AGAIN!

I think I was one who thought the odds of homecourt were remote.....so props to you, as I was clearly wrong.

most people were talking like we would lose HCA because it looked like T-Mac and Yao were out until the playoffs.

btw Utah plays Dallas and Phoenix next. I watched the end of the Phoenix game and they were still going at full pace with their starters against the Sonics.

Phoenix still has a lot to play for. They're only 2 up on the Spurs for the 2nd seed. If we're lucky, they'll have that locked up after beating Utah on Saturday. Then they can rest their starters against us. :D

Hmmm Phoenix has lost to the Jazz 3 times this season already and the Mavericks have nothing to try hard for...

Are these really 2 losses on the Jazz's schedule?
