that is why you stock up on good whiskey, good food, and some good movies and music.... and maybe some good pot if you're into that sort of thing this weather is perfect for that.
Does anyone know if class is cancelled at UT tomorrow as well? (I'm still in Houston and don't want to drive to Austin in this weather).
frim what i've heard, they're expecting snow/ice in austin until thursday night... i cant imagine them opening campus in those conditions.
yeah, it's really strange. there was moisture all over the place and we went below freezing last night. but the rain stayed all to the north and south of us, cutting this little corridor of clear skies over houston.
I hope so, Fridays a holiday also (for State Gov) so if we are off tomorrow, I'll take thurs off giving me a whole week
im so pist..i came back to austin on monday to be on the safe side only to find out UT could be shut down through thursday..more time i could have spent with my family in houston

Ice ice baby....everywhere! I'm usually in the office by 7AM...not today. Gonna wait it out. Might go in later this morning. I got network access from home. I like my job, but it's not worth wrecking the rolling party palace.
WTF, i'm in dallas, one inch of snow on the ground, not going to be above freezing all day, still snowing, sleet later in the day, and work is not cancelled, on top of that the people I work with are going to be pissed if I dont go in.
