I've actually only voted for Alpi. Whether he really blows up to be a Batman/1A or not is irrelevant, he's already a 1B/Robin/Co-Batman level player, that's one. We need the get the next ones now, not trade away the one we have. I think if Amen's offense catches up to his defense that's 2 but right now I'd be more likely to trade him for a high value return than I would Alpi. It's Alpi's team right now, until they get somebody better he goes nowhere for me.
The defensive game plan is to stop Sengun from scoring. He scores anyway. Jalen doesnt score 22 on 22 attempts. He scores 11 on 22 attempts.
Only game Jalen has more than 15 FGA he dropped 38 on 25FGA. Other than that he’s had 15, 11, 8, 8FGA Jalen might just need to let it fly

The reason Jalen doesn't let it fly is because he fears missing and seeing the aftermath of what happens if he misses all of those shots. For his own sake....much like Reed Sheppard and Jabari Smith....he needs to let it rip. The issue is that there is a really high likelihood he will miss most of those shots. But I'd rather go out guns blazing than with my tail between my legs having pee down my leg. I want everyone to leave it all out there. If we lose...we lose. But dont go out like b!tches.
AS Amen, Dillon, Jabari, Sengun just need to attack their “wall”. Bully the hell out of them and get them in foul trouble. The refs will reward the aggressive team in this game. Next game it will be a totally different story. Jalen, FVV, Tari should just hang around the perimeter for pass outs.
That streaky guard shoots .423 himself .... That's well below the average of ~45% for starting SG's in the league and his TS% of .544 is also well below average for the position (.571). He's not just streaky, he's a poor shooter. Having both starting guards shoot well below league average .... just isn't acceptable. Both need to go - we need two new starters at the guard spots next year.
If you ask any other fanbase, the only untouchable player is probably Amen. Sengun is our best player right now but it's hard to build around a center unless he's an all-time level player.
Good to see most of you agree with me on Amen and Alpi. I might be willing to put Tari in there too. He just seems like a player who's going to be on a ton of deep playoff run teams throughout his career. Might as well be us.
