    That guy is being an anal dumb-ass. And I mean the customer. He knew he got screwed and is trying to save 99% of his bill. I'd be all over that customer.

    Doesn't he have a right to? He did get quoted for a different price than what was on the bill. It's not like he was lying about the quote judging from the responses from the supervisor and the manager..

    It's bickering for the sake of bickering. Why do you think he asked the original person who quoted him to put it in writing? He knew damn well that he wasn't going to be charged 79 cents. Especially if he is as profound in math as he claims to be.

    My favorite part is the response videos and comments where there are people that are just as clueless as the verizon people and think that Verizon did the math right and it is the customer that is mistaken.

    Soccer at it's best. Everton vs Chelsea on 12/17. English Premier League.

    Sorry I can't find a full English version. I think they combined two clips together to get all the five goals in that match. But this is one great match. The first 30 secs of the penalty kick is kinda boring, but after it...all I can say is wow. This Chelsea team is so good that it's scary. A must see for the soccer fans.
