I would already call Nelson a better back than Steve ever had and I think its going to make a big difference in his game. As far as no franchise big man having more potential than Yao. I don't know about that. Yao still put hasn't put up great numbers and he still has his weaknesses, he will always be slow and he will always have stamina problems. If Howard turns out to be a player, Steve and Howard will be better compliments than Steve and Yao.
