What are people talking about? He did fail tonight but he comes through more often than not. Folks are well equiped with this little gadget around here
Yes he got zero defense but he doesn't fade. Take out your hate glasses. Scola have come up big a lot of times in crunch time vs any team. PS. The last play wasn't a good pass and he fumble the ball to the rim.
Scola is a beast, i respect him a ton. I am willing to trade him, but ut would hav to be for some real talent, or some1 with serious upside.
idk scola seems pretty clutch for the argentina national team! ....guess we should let him wear his national jersey so he can go on beast mode!!!!
Ok so how do you expect to win a lot of games when your starting center plays zero defense? How do you expect to win when Scola misses crucial free throws down the stretch? And I don't hate Scola, I'm just not blind.
He's struggled in crunch time his entire NBA career. Care to link me to video of him taking over/scoring late to win in a Rockets jersey? There's like one and it's when he had Yao to get him wide open looks.
I honestly do think we shoud trade Scola while his trade value is high. He gives us scoring, hustle, and toughness, but I think we should include him in a package for Granger. Ind. wants a PF and Granger would replace Scola's scoring. I believe Patterson would replace his rebounding and toughness. Something to consider, however, is that he is a BYC and he would have to agree to the trade.
One bad game and he needs to be traded??? He played nearly 44min, and when you're fighting in the paint w/ D.West it feels like 100min. He was gased and coach should have sub him out. Recently coach Adelmen hasn't been subing out very smart.
Scola plays hard. But his defense looks worse and worse each game. If he's not having a strong game offensively, I'd rather see Patterson out there.
What with all this new account just open last month with all this hate? Are the posters now creating new trolls accounts when Rockets are going to a bad time?
No way!!! Adelman just plays him too much, he was dead tired at the end of the game, our up-tempo offense is taking a toll on him for sure.
Ah, the common Clutchfans preface. Which invariably means that what is to follow is pure knee-jerk-edness.
I've been lurking on this site for a while, and finally decided to make an account recently, but that doesn't make me a troll. I'm just not blind to what's going on on the court.
