Historically speaking? Memphis has 1 winning season against the Thunder - same season that the Thunder then proceeded to knock Memphis out of the playoffs. ("but I'd hardly conclude im basing my opinion on last year's regular season" - could have fooled me!) And yes, the games are usually close. (Except for the most important game between the two teams.) But, close games does not translate to, "That is why the spurs beat them and the grizzlies beat them".
