My wife was calling him "Lunchmeat" last night just because of the Carl Buddig lunchmeat line. The connection was more than a little tentative, but for some reason I like the nickname Lunchmeat. For Chase, it's almost an opposites kind of thing, like calling a huge football player "Tiny".
Is there really such a devoid of ideas for nickname that a player from the rox have to be named with the word "jazz"? Name him Smooth Buzz, Silky Chase or anything but I really hope the moniker Smooth Jazz will end with this article that JF written.
