If they hire Demeco I wonder if he would support a Jimmy G reunion.

I'm 100% on board with taking two defenders in Round 1 and bringing in a free agent quarterback. Might not be popular, but it's the smart move in the long run.

What? Burrow wasn’t awful his first year. He was actually pretty damn good and then blew out his knee.

You know what I actually think this neck of the woods has been doing a lot better than the main basketball board when it comes to this. Sure guys can get a little spirited at times, but I dont really see the disrespect here that I see in the GARM. There's only like 20 of us here though so that may have something to do with it! LOL - still its just so counterproductive and energy draining to be intentionally crass. Everyone deserves a platform to deliver their message. We all want the same thing.

With the Rockets 2022 draft, we were thinking alike and both were right….so far. Hopefully, we are on the same page with the NFL draft.

He got injured?! Was it because his hands were too small? Or is his frame not built to take hits?!?! Haha, just kidding.

This is an UNCOMFORTABLY accurate assessment in my opinion. I would think that they would have to evaluate CJ Stroud as an unbelievably high prospect to make that leap.

And before I get roasted for agreeing with this, I don't think they would pass up on a great WR or lineman even, but after what we just went through with what we thought would be our Franchise QB for 10 years, I'd be SHOCKED if they potentially signed up for it again...

I've seen the game film and the comparisons to Drew Brees are on the money from a physical standpoint, but the two things that sold me on this guy being the Texan's White Whale:

    - He graduated in 3 years. Yeah, I know Tuscaloosa ain't Berkeley but this demonstrates drive and problem-solving skills as his everyday tools.
    - I've seen only one outtake from a Young press conference but I watched his eyes- he made deliberate, focused eye contact with every reporter in the room, telling me that he starts building a mental book about individuals right away.

If Laremy Tunsil can keep him from becoming a greasy 180-lb stain on the turf, he has Football Chess Grandmaster future ahead of him- Brady in a Mike Vick body. Not a big fan of his arm, but his brain is a transcendent weapon.

If he is Brees then that’s the win of all wins, but he’s significantly smaller than Brees.
Arm talent and wiggle is similar, processing and reads look in line.
Young is a pro already with his speaking and mannerisms. That I like. He’s got a good family that has set him up to succeed. Literally everything about him screams top tier QB………except he’s smaller than any other QB besides maybe Flutie. Who are probably identical in size
