Unlike right-wingers, Novak does it because some kind of naturalistic holistic mumbo jumbo. He doesn't support conspiracy theories or do it for political reasons.

Keep the politics out of this. Novak does.

He should have at least 23 slams.

Goran Djokovic would struggle in any other tennis era -- can you imagine this guy having to play Bjorn Bork?

Djoko wouldn’t have the same success if hand checking was legal.

I hope we can see Alcarez vs Djokovic in a final soon specifically on the hard court

By all accounts Alcaraz should be back this month so maybe we get that hardcourt final at Indian Wells. But would have to wait for the US Open for a potential slam final.

Completely agree. This is a guy who wasted 1 1/2 years of his career because he refused to get surgery on his elbow and tried to let his body heal itself. If he went with the surgery sooner he probably would have at least a couple of more slams and taken a few away from Roger and Rafa. He has some different beliefs buts he’s not some right wing conspiracy nut.

    Yep. He’s not Aaron Rodgers.

In a span of 12-16 months he has separated himself from the current group of top young guys and appears to be entering into that Federer, Nadal, Djokovic class. Hopefully a few of these other top guys (Tsitsipas, Medvedev, Tiafoe, Fritz, Alliasme... ect) can join him or we get some new guys in the next couple years join Alcaraz so we can have a good run of multiple guys at the apex of their careers clearly above the rest of the field to get some memorable Grand Slam Finals like we got during the Federer, Nadal, Djokovic years.

The crazy thing is he's doing this at 19 years old. I'm glad I got to experience going to his match live vs Tiafoe at last years US open in the semis. One for the books for sure. Alcaraz is definitely next up as far as being the next greats. Being a monster on the court at this age is ridiculous. He's going to be stacking Grand Slams for years to come. All those guys mentioned are already in their mid 20s

DQ is ridiculous, but the opposing team lobbying for it is even worse. (was a ball girl)

Too bad the cramping by Alcaraz made the match one-sided. It probably would have been a great match. Also the French crowd was pretty rude but that’s pretty much expected every year.

Yup after that 2nd set it was looking like it would be along 5 setter. Sucks to see a match Finish like that

hopefully more potential matchups at Wimbledon or the us open

I would be very surprised if Djokovic doesn't bring this home. Zverev totally sucked today, Ruud looked pretty good, but I think Djokovic is just on another level.
