    There it is. Forced out of wimbledon with his injury. Just amazing what he was able to do yesterday

    Hopefully he can recover enough to play in the US Open

    Nadal is playing at an unreal level this year and injuries keep sidelining him.

    If this ends up being it for him 22 majors in incredible.

    it should be a good match but i don't see NK denying djokovic chasing the title number he's now behind Nadal with. Hope to see a 5 setter

    Nope. That’s on Fritz for not being good enough and not being able to take advantage of Nadal’s injury. That just speaks towards the different level guys like nadal are compared to others like fritz. That even playing at less than 100% they are still better

    I agree Fritz didn't earn the win, but Nadal was hurt and should have known that he couldn't go on. So the better move would be to let Fritz have a shot at NK.

    I'm not denying Nadal's greatness at all. If he could have played that would have been awesome.

    No way Nadal is just going to quit and let someone win. His sister and coach told him to retire mid match. He said hell no. Fritz better find a way to earn an actual W. he didn't.
