I still remembered when he was a rookie and after the pre-season, we were all
over the moon about him, comparing him with Peja and others. He is very good shooter but during JVG time, when he was in during the season, he did not shoot well and he was poor in defense also. He looked more compose now and more calm unlike when he was under JVG. If he could pick up some defensive skill, he could be our Peja after all.

Novak will be Peja when Shawn Bradley becomes Yao.

Wanna buy a bridge in Brooklyn for very cheap?

Time will tell but the odds are it is easier for him to become Peja than Shawn becomes Yao. Why? Novak has the shooting prowess of Peja and they are about the same height so there is a chance who could be as good as him.
Shawn is as tall as Yao but his offensive prowess is way below Yao and
his defensive skill (especially block) is no way near Yao. It would take a huge
upgrade for Shawn to be Yao but with Novak to be Peja.

YOYO - my wife would kill you if she saw your pic. I had the honor of sitting in the second row baseline behind the basket on the actual court in TC against the Cavs, Novak was warming up for the second half and I yelled out his name twice.....he responded the second time and I asked him to take a pic with my wife. He mouthed he coudn't but I coudn't hear him. He looked like he felt bad. Anyways, my wife is in love with him, lol. She'd be jealous if she saw that pic. However, during playday this year, im sure we can get a pic with him. Or at least, she can!!

Novak overall -7 for the night on the Lenovo numbers.

    Bonzi -8

When did these guys come into the game? 4th qtr?

    Novak + Bonzi's lenovo numbers -15

Hmm is this where we think, these two guys out there almost singlehandedly lost us the 18 pt lead?

yeah he is a real nice guy I asked him if he could leave a message for clutchfans on the clutchfans phone number and he said he couldnt i guess its against team rules to do something like that when its not an official rockets thing.

oh it wasnt novak's fault that the rockets lost the lead, it wasnt bonzi's fault either. artest was killing tmac and battier the last quarter AND the ball movement just completely stopped on the offensive end when tmac either just held the ball or they kept trying to just force feed it to yao

Ok I hear ya. In that case it's a mental issue. I don't have a problem with T-Mac taking it to the rack himself but Rafer. He made a really stupid pass into Yao in traffic. The passing stopped and the offense ground to a standstill. I think that had to do with the Zone defense the Kings threw up in the 4th qtr.

Novak probably just gonna be a situational player this season. He's gonna be in the lineup when the opponents' playing zone, or we need a basket really bad. That being said, if he can put on some weight in the summer, and learn how to play defense. He could be in the regular rotation next year. But I highly doubt that would happen. This is not his rookie year, if he didn't spent last summer in the gym, chances are he won't spent this summer in the gym neither.
