For that matter I complimented Trump for getting Criminal Justice reform done and for convincing reluctant Republicans to support the first COVID relief bill. This isn't a zero sum game. Not like Biden doesn't mean you have to defend Trump or the other way around.

I know it’s just the same old hypocrisy we always get from the GOP but something needs to change here. An ethics panel or something needs to require that when someone takes the credit for something they voted against they should be required to publicly recant it and apologize. You want to stop fake news and hold politicians accountable? Then really do it!
What should happen when you say, support the filibuster when you are in the minority and then oppose it when you are in the majority? What should happen if you say someone has voted against the President's agenda when they have voted for the President's agenda 100% of the time? Politicians lie. They will say whatever they think will help to get elected. The solution is to simply call them out, just like Swalwell did in this case.

I agree that Senators should be called out on their relativistic support of the filibuster. It's why I said that Sinema does have a point. That the Democrats may in the near future find themselves in the minority and will want the filibuster.
