Regulation of commerce with foreign countries, among the states, and with Indian tribes 2. Uniform laws of Naturalization and Bankruptcy 3. Coining money and regulating standards of weights and measures 4. Punishing counterfeiters 5. Establishing post offices and post roads 6. Protecting copyright and patent 7. Creating the federal courts 8. Punishing piracy and crimes by other nations 9. War and letters of marque 10. Raising an army (but only for two years at a time) 11. Raising a navy 12. Making rules for the army and navy 13. Calling forth militias 14. Organizing militias 15. Running an enclave which contains the federal buildings in the Capital.
