Healthcare was already in place before Obamacare. The inflation reduction act, which is really just another extension of the green new deal wouldn't have passed without Republican support. BTW, the Dems have the majority in both the House and the Senate, they shouldn't need Republican support to get bills passed.

Trump was there in March and in June when the original subpoenas were made. If his lawyer signed a document that all material was turned over then either Trump misled his own lawyers, his own lawyers misled Trump or they both didn’t know his much material there was at Mar a Lago. In the first car Trump is potentially criminally liable in the second two he is incompetent since he hired those lawyers and in his words he only hires the best.
Again prior to ACA healthcare for non contributors was through hospitals and doctors ethically bound to provide care. There still were cost that were then born in higher cost to everyone else. Basically socialized health care.
