Wouldnt that be awesome. But...With the talks of Ray Allen being traded, and brent barry possibly being sign buy another team, would Seattle be willing to lose 3/5 of its starters? How much Rashard lewis getting paid? would they be able to handle mo's contract?

In all truth, I don't know. One of the capologists would have to answer that. I think their salaries would balance out and the T-E would be the juice for doing it. However, I don't know if the T-E can be "traded" as an inducement like that. It may be that it can only be used to get a higher salary for a lower one.

The trade exception can't be used as extra incentive like that, but we could take back Calvin Booth, Reggie Evans, and Ansu Sesay and they would get most of our trade excption (rather they would get their own trade exception for the difference in salaries and we would lose the same amount from ours making it basically worthless as the assigned player exception in any trade would be larger, but it amounts to the same thing.)

Dude, that's the argument you use when Francis does it to another team (Vancouver, for example). This argument only works when it benefits the Rockets. Please pay attention.

It's also funny how so many people are now pissed about players not handling things behind closed doors, when the coach of the Rockets is one of the worst offenders of same (a little Dale Robertson rhetoric there for ya).

No matter what Steve does, HE will be regarded as the "bad guy" or "whinning Star". I feel bad for steve b/c he has been done wrong and mistreated by so called Rox fans. Seems like the only guys hated more than him are Karla & Osama. Peace.
