    Agreed.

Funniest show on TV right now bar none.

I hope they can keep it up for another few seasons.

Family guy is in its peak?! hardly. Family Guy started sucking in about the 4th or 5th season. The first three were gold.

FG is funnier now but The Simpsons in its prime was way better. Someone already stated it and I agree. It's like Kobe vs Jordan. Kobe would kick Jordan's butt now but against a prime Jordan? No way.

In my opinion, the Simpsons' prime run seamlessly melded hilarious jokes with a plot that often had deeply human warmth in it. I don't think you can say the same thing about Family Guy.

    I completely agree

Now FG is just "Remember the time..."
South Park's Cartoon Wars nailed FG in the head

The Simpsons 3-4 years ago was extremely painful to watch...Its gotten much better over the few years but can't touch what it did in the first 10 seasons.

My favorite Simpsons episode is probably when Lisa turns into a vegetarian...

Lisa: I'm going to become a vegetarian
Homer: Does that mean you're not going to eat any pork?
    Lisa: Yes
    Homer: Bacon?
    Lisa: Yes Dad
    Homer: Ham?
Lisa: Dad all those meats come from the same animal
Homer: Right Lisa, some wonderful, magical animal!

Lisa: (reading Homer's invitation card: You're invited to Homer's BBBQ, the extra B is for BYOBB
Lisa: What's that extra B for?
    Homer: That's a typo

Homer: You don't make friends with salad...
Homer and Bart: (singing) You don't make friends with salad, you don't make friends with salad...
