I really want to see the Rockets step up in Game 5 and 6 especially in the 4th. But what I want to see is Vin Baker getting a chance to guard Nowitski, he might also help us in the reb. department. I am not quite sure he lost everything he had, the man is only 33 he should get a chance.

Hypothetical question: If Ced always predicted all the bad stuff that happened to the Rockets correctly - would he still be considered a great prophet?

OK I'm unfamiliar with ced's past prophecies--can someone catalog his previous successes so that I can actually believe this and get some sleep tonight.

Is he some sort of magic 8 ball or fortune cookie?

Sorry, ced, you are dead wrong. Hate to rain on your parade, but while I think the Rockets have on win in them, they won't win the series.

The team has maximized their potential, they played great throughout the series, but when it comes down to a close game, there is just too many weapons on the Dallas squad, and not nearly enough on the Rockets side.

If they prove me wrong and win the series, $20 going to the tip jar. But I am sticking to my "Dallas in 7" pre-series prediction.:(

The only thing JVG can show them is acquiring more talent, and since that ain't possible, then the outcome won't be favorable.

This squad has maximized its potential, sorry, but it is a fact. You can't honestly expect Barry, Wesley, James, Sura, and Padgett to play better than they have, they are not star players you know.

Sure we can. Because they have. It's up to them.

Game 1 and 2, our preimeter shot exceptionally well. Having watched the whole season, I knew we wouldnt be able to keep up with that. I hope preimeter get their touches back in the next 2 games. ;)

    One positive sign,

Yao seems have finally learned NOT to try to draw charges. But now the refs seem to get strict on him setting moving screens. If he'll be careful of that, he won't have problem staying on the court.

Oddly enough, I actually feel better. Thanks, ced. :D

I'll be content if we take 2 out of the next 3.

Planning on killing someone, Will? Or is Yao going to tear the flesh off his arm and reveal the cyborg underneath?

Is there any reason you keep mentioning your Dallas in 7 prediction in every thread you go into? Do you want us give you credit if the Rockets do lose in seven?

We get the point, you think Dallas is better. Enough.

Thanks Ced for trying to pump up this forum, but I just don't see it happening. I'll gladly donate 20 bucks to the tipjar if I'm wrong though.

If the team needs a Cleo, we have a problem.
