LMAO considering that they did not play him much when he said he was healed from his injury. Given the depth that we have at the SG and SF positions what we need is another big man to back up Yao/Scola. Right now we moved from having the tallest center in the league to this year having the shortest starting center in the league. I don't hate Tmac, I wish him well, but the management most focus on team needs.
tmac probably could've been (arguably) top 5 all time, that's what makes it sad, but I heard the GOAT, shoulda, coulda, woulda, so here we are, no matter how you slice it tmac is a liability for whoever takes him, roll the dice with the "will" of McMaybe, any team serious about playoff contention will not sign him, i love tmac, but that's just how it is
Sure why not.. Someone's got to sell hot dogs and work the concession stands at Toyota center Ron Ron: Yo Tmac! Get me 4 or 5 dogs with mustard, no relish Hurry it up, pretend you are on a fast break and cooking hot dogs is the three point line
If you've read some threads in the past, Marcus Camby is interested in finishing up his career in Houston. That's a legit big man to back up Yao with some defense and tenacity. Are you trying to tell me that Scola is not a quality player in the post? Sure his spin move going right is his bread and butter, but he has been putting up 20 and 10 lately. He brings energy to a Rockets team that definitely needs it. Anyone remember when Lowry was out?
No thanks to tmac, he was great when he was in houston but nowadays you just don't know how his body holds up.
If You Were Morey Would You Sign T-Mac To Screw NY Over? If You Were Morey Would You Sign T-Mac To Screw NY?I would, can you say lottery pick.
If I were Morey I would ban this IP for life. What a ridiculous thought. This is the kinda thing that would put Morey on the hot seat ala Kevin Pritchard. Plus maybe 3% of this forum would like to see McGrady in a Rockets jersey again.
Signing T-Mac would screw Houston. T-Mac is a player who still thinks he is a Super Star and should be the center of the game plan. The game we played against New York he hid on the defensive end by guarding Chuck. In the fourth quarter he was all “coach put me in!' " I can get us a win” Then he went 0 for 5 in the last 5 minutes. I wish T-Mac the best but I don't know if the Shanghai Sharks would sign him.
OMG! NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO! He needs the ball in his hands 75% of the time, which kills our offense. He's a below average defender, or at least he doesn't try as hard as he could. He never learned to move without the ball. His knee, as we're already seeing in New York, even after a year, is not healed. He will never be the same player consistently. NO NO NO NO
If NY strikes out on Lebron,Wade,Bosh i dont think he would want to sign there especially if Morey tells him to come home to a ring.
