This is a basketball fan site, not grammar school.God forbid somebody make a spelling error on a BASKETBALL FAN SITE OMG!
Ok, I guess the OP thinks T-Mac is still a good player, or could be a good player, or that the Knicks will want him next year. T-MAC IS DONE, NO ONE IS GOING TO WANT HIM NEXT YEAR. ANY TEAM THAT MAY SIGN T-MAC WILL BE SORRY. T-MAC IS DONE.
I'm not blinded by hate so yes i think T-Mac is still a good player and will be even better next year when he 100%.
Will Camby really put us over the top? I want Houston to win another championship. It's been 15 years since the last one. The only free agent the Rockets have a shot at is McGrady and he is ready to win. Derek Fisher will be 36 in August, and he is getting old. The only way the Lakers can land a good PG in the off season is if they sign Kyle Lowry to the full MLE. Bosh will most likely end up in Toronto or NY. LeBron, Wade, and Melo are staying put. Johnson will stay in Atlanta. Tracy is the only player who can help the Rockets score when they need points. That was how many playoff games they've missed. WHAT DID HE DO THAT WAS SO BAD? HE WANTED TO PLAY MORE THAN 7 MINUTES PER GAME. So the Rockets traded him in to a team that could play him more. The Rockets goal this season to develop the young talent. Yao / Hayes Scola / Hill Ariza / McGrady Martin / Buddinger Brooks / Lowry I don't mind bringing him off the bench, but if he shows he can still play he deserves to start over Trevor. Third time is a charm. We had them in the playoffs together twice. Third time is a charm. You try playing 1 vs. 100. I posted those games specifically because everyone one was a few months after he came back from injury. Luckily, they were the first three videos I found. Please watch them and refresh your memory. They all show his amazing passing game, ability to finish games, he's not a ball hog who scores both on and off the ball, and that he is not soft. I remember the 0-6, 0-3, and 0-2s. The man has only played in 24 of the last 100 NBA games and seven of them were 7 minute games. He is already averaging 11/4 on 42.2% shooting with the Knicks in 17 games averaging 27mpg. Ariza is better suited off the Bench. When Yao and McGrady are resting, Martin, Brooks, and Scola will be doing the scoring.

Couple of reasons. First, he is not in the middle of a max contract. Secondly, trashing the Rockets will only drive his value down. You really need to think out your posts and threads before you post. I was always a McGrady apologist, but his time here is done. The dude is a jake. He spent all year telling the organization he was a 100%. Now that he is with the Knicks he is telling everyone, he still is not healthy.
Except that if you had any knowledge about the Rockets, it's that we have utterly no problem scoring points, aside from maybe in the clutch, and when's the last time Tracy made a clutch shot anyways? Our problem is defense, especially interior defense, and maybe our PG situation given I don't view Lowry as reliable anymore given his highly physical playing style. And given that McGrady's been an utter **** defender while in New York, how would he solve that problem? The Rockets could theoretically use him as a tall third-string PG, but he would be behind Brooks, Lowry, and in SG behind Budinger and Martin, whom are after all players who are in our long-term plans. And Tracy is not going to accept playing 8 minutes a game, if that, even without the bad blood between the two sides. So, bottom line is, you fail. The end.
Man i respect how you caome out with a bold thread and no your going to get burned, but there is absolutely no chance buddy. 1) Tmac and rockets organisation are not on the same page and don't like each other. 2) his style of play doesn't suit the rockets anymore 3) too many sg/sf to play with ariza, battier, bud, martin 4) he will want to be the main scorer/ main man 5) he has lost all explosiveness and quickness to play our style even if he did take a pay cut or try to play the rockets game style. 6)the players have lost trust in him with the way he handles himself in the media 7) HE IS INJURY PRONE and we need a constant rotation next year because we can go really really far.
