    I'm not saying they aren't important, but the names you listed are some of the best players in the game and we all know how the whistles favor the big names.
    Names that we unfortunately don't have.

    I just don't see the refs constantly calling fouls in favor of the almighty Kevin Martin or Aaron Brooks the same way in which they would for Lebron/Durant.

    Um, Scola and Hayes are the best rebounders on our team...Yao is 7'6 and will get his 8-9 a game..Miller is scrappy and gets on the boards as well...Hill is uber-athletic inside and as we've already seen, he gets on the offensive glass. So i'm not sure what you're seeing.

    The Knicks' problems are mostly on the defensive end. Ours are too. But offensively we can compete with anyone.

    Yes, but we are also considering ability to get to the line. We averaged more than 3 free throws per game than they did last year and that is without Yao and only half a season with Martin. It is bound to go up.
