I was thinking the same thing...all heart, all intensity, all the freakin' time! Running up the court, pushing the tempo, snagging the rebounds off the glass, going after ever loose ball like their lives depended on it. The Rockets can learn something from that. And when Kentucky started to make a push late in the fourth, they slammed the door on them....instead of wilting under the pressure.
They got a lot of second (and third) chance points. That's why it looked better than it was, because they scored on nearly every opportunity on that side of the court. UK has lost their last two games where they shot over 50%. Maybe that will offer proof that offense isn't everything to those people that keep saying that offense in the starting five is the biggest problem with the Rockets. Congrats to the Coogs. They wanted to win the game more than the Cats, and they out hustled UK in every aspect. That was why they won the game.
yeah it was a good game the only reason i was watching it cuz a potna of mine was playing Marcus Malone #5 on UofH the rox dont hustle at all its depressing watching them play
well, hakeem and clyde, both cougars, played on those championship teams, so i guess they made up for it
